  4. Use of optional services of the website
    The website gives you the opportunity to create and/or edit travel elements yourself. Should you enter personal data to the extent of this possibility, they will be transferred to our server and stored up to two weeks after the end of the respective journey. After this deadline, the data will be completely deleted.

    You can declare travel items that you have added to the website (not automatically imported) as "private". These elements are then only visible to you and will not be displayed to a third person (support, administrator).

    The website allows you to support other users and to view and/or edit their trips. You can also request such support from registered users. In both cases, the consent is required on both sides and is requested by an opt-in request. This consent can be revoked at any time on the website (independently of each other) on both sides.

    The administrator will be able to access the other users' personal information. This user has access to the first name, name, email address and travel information (except "private" declared items) of all registered users.
